Milan Gold Coffee Dream Factory is located in Union East U Valley Industrial Park, Yongle Economic Development Zone, Tongzhou District, Beijing, covering over 2,000 square meters. Milan Gold Dream Factory equipped with a full set of automated closed coffee roasting-packaging production line from Italy. From the green bean screening, foreign matters separation, green bean storage and roasting, roasted bean storage, blending, grinding, to the finished products packaging, Milan Gold adopts program-controlled system management to ensure the quality stability and security of the final products.

Green Bean Screening and Foreign Matters Separation

After entering into the uploading hopper, for screening and separation. All the green beans should be strictly through triple-filter process of dust collection, separator, destoner, and magnetic screening

Intelligent Roasting System

By precise controlling the speed of the burner, exhaust fan, and the roller in the roasting room, it can achieve the accuracy to 0.5℃ for surface temperature, and second for roasting profile, which can perfectly control the roasting process.

Finished Products Fully Auto Packaging System

Fully auto packaging system from Italy, which integrates roll package staff loading, one-way valve installation, nitrogen filling, coffee products filling and other processes, it can control oxygen content within 3% to keep coffee flavor away from the change due to oxidation.
