1. How do I login ?

1)For private accounts: After purchasing the course, press the “LOGIN” button on the E-learning main page, and press “REGISTER” to register a new account. Make sure to use the username and password provided to you by Milan Gold. Now you are ready to login and start learning! 2)For commercial accounts: Please contact your designated contact person at Milan Gold to retrieve your individual username and password.

2. How do I pass the online exams?

Login using the individual username and password provided to you by Milan Gold Barista Academy. Download the courseware and study it intently. When you are ready, click the “TEST” button at the bottom of the page. Be aware that all three level exams must be completed within the time limit. In the first level test, you have 15 minutes to answer 10 questions, in the second level, you have 15 minutes to answer 20 questions, and in the third level, you have 30 minutes to answer 40 questions. Click the "SUBMIT" button when you are finished with an exam. Your exam results will be displayed immediately, as either "SUCCESS" or "FAIL, TRY AGAIN." (Passing scores for each level is; Level 1: 60%, Level 2: 60%, and Level 3: 70%).

3. How do I check the exam results?

If this is the first time you take the test, you have to first login using your username and password. Finish the test and click the “SUBMIT” button, it will displayed as "Success" or "Fail,try again" .

4. How do I check the exam answers?

This service is currently not available.

5. What should I do if I fail an exam?

Download the courseware for the level that you did not pass. Study the material until you master it and is able to pass the exam.

6. How do I make an appointment for the practical exam after passing the theoretical tests?

Send an email to academy@milangold.com.cn to make an appointment for the practical exam.

7. What should I do if I can't download certificate after I pass all exams?

If you use Internet Explorer or mobile browers,please change to another browser on computer.Email your query to academy@milangold.com.cn, or call us at 0086-58622228-821.
